    Well, before i rubbed the sticker off on my front door it clearly said 350watts

    The e300 has NEVER had a 350 watt motor in it according to Razor technical support as I have an old 2006 just like yours I bought used for $50 in pristine shape off CL. I called them up to inquire because the sticker was worn off the motor that shows the info. They said It has always had a 250 watt motor. Call Razor and they’ll tell you that. Unless you can take a pic of the sticker on the bottom of the motor that proves otherwise, I think I’ll believe them and the poor power output.
